Legal & IP Protection

Status: U.S. Patent Pending // Effective Jan 2026

1. Patent & Intellectual Property

The architecture of the Universal Command Protocol (UCP), including the 4-Layer Deterministic Stack, Semantic Minification Funnel, and Deterministic Bypass Logic, is the proprietary invention of Alonza "Brad" Curry and is currently under U.S. Patent Pending status.

This protection extends to all 83 modular applications within the /apps/ directory ecosystem, including but not limited to SynCloud, GLYTCH, ABC Dashboard, and Legendary Leads. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse-engineering, or utilization of these protocols to bypass token reclamation is strictly prohibited.

2. Terms of Service

Access to syncloudconnect.com and the UCP documentation is provided by Omega UI, LLC. By accessing these resources, users agree to the following conditions:

  • Corporate Umbrella: Users acknowledge that Omega UI, LLC is the parent entity for Cloud Connect, Legendary Leads, LegenDatabase, Cloud Collect, Face 2 Face, ABC Dashboard, SynCloud, and GLYTCH.
  • Service Usage: Services are architected for enterprise AI infrastructure optimization. Automated scraping or high-frequency unauthorized detokenization is prohibited.
  • Liability: Omega UI, LLC provides software solutions on top of third-party CRMs like GoHighLevel; however, the proprietary UCP logic remains the exclusive property of the firm.

3. Deterministic Privacy Standard

Omega UI, LLC maintains a Zero-Waste Data Policy. By utilizing deterministic protocols, we maximize secure handshake verification while minimizing data retention.

Environmental Impact Report

"Our L2 Semantic Caching technology reduces AI-related electrical loads and thermal output by up to 99%. By bypassing unnecessary LLM inference, we offer the first Carbon-Neutral AI Command Interface."

  • Minimal Retention: We do not store original natural language queries; only minified command packets are logged for verification.
  • HMAC Security: Hash-based Message Authentication Codes (HMAC) are utilized for all system handshakes to prevent replay attacks without storing personal tokens.
