When a SynCloud Connect or Omega UI product collects a phone number or email address, put the relevant separate, unchecked checkbox beside that field and link to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. State the specific product or campaign and its expected frequency if known. Keep a timestamp, form URL, checkbox wording and selected choices as consent evidence. A link to this page alone does not replace consent on that other form.
