Who we are and scope

Omega UI, LLC, 2744 Edison Avenue, Unit-7, Suite C-3, Fort Myers, FL 33916, USA. Contact ucp@syncloudconnect.com or +1 941-882-0130. This policy covers Omega UI and SynCloud Connect websites, the Omega UI Workbench, and Omega UI products that link here. A third party service, marketplace, or linked site has its own policy.

Information we may collect

Do not submit sensitive information unless a product specifically asks for it and explains the purpose. We cannot describe every third party integration or app permission with one blanket statement; check the relevant product notice as well.

How we use information

To provide requested services, accounts and transactions; respond to inquiries; operate and secure our systems; troubleshoot and improve products; comply with law; and send communications within the choices you make. When you use our HighLevel chat widget, your message and any contact details you enter are processed through HighLevel/LeadConnector so we can respond and record the choices shown in that widget. Where applicable, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests assessed against your rights, legal obligations, or consent. You can withdraw consent for optional communications.

Sharing and transfers

Information may be processed by hosting, analytics, communications, payment, support, and other providers acting for us; by integrations you connect or direct us to use; and when legally required or in a business transfer. We require appropriate handling of information by providers. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing with third parties for their marketing. Our providers may process that data solely to deliver and manage our messages. If a product uses another organization as a data controller, its notice should identify that role.

Data may be handled in the United States and other places where providers operate. Where law requires safeguards for transfers, we will use an applicable transfer mechanism.

Retention and security

We keep data for the time needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and maintain consent or suppression records. The period depends on the product and record; contact us for details about a specific service. We use reasonable administrative and technical protections, but no transmission or storage system is perfectly secure.

Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction or objection where local law grants those rights, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Email ucp@syncloudconnect.com with your request. We may verify your identity before acting. California residents may request information about collection and disclosures and exercise applicable deletion, correction and opt-out rights; we will not discriminate for exercising applicable rights. Depending on the law and processing, you may contact a data protection authority. Browser controls can limit cookies; some functions may then be affected.

Messages and calls

SMS, email and promotional calls require the relevant choice at the point where you provide contact details. Our contact choices page offers separate choices. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. For email marketing, use the unsubscribe link or email us. For calls, tell us to stop or email us. We honor reasonable revocation requests and maintain suppression records. Consent to promotional contact is not a condition of purchase.

Children and updates

Our general services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child supplied information, contact us. We may revise this notice; the effective date above will change when we do. Material changes may receive additional notice where required.
